purelyanecdotal Quells anxiety and dispels self-doubt. Whoever arranged the nostalgic flutes and the flitting melody spanning the verses and chorus for this track is a genius. The choice of synths is effective, while Jane's exquisitely delicate vocal delivery and the introspective lyrics, which I relate most strongly to in the album, make this my favourite track from the album. In fact, I find this album a lot more cohesive, thoughtful in instrumentation and ultimately, successful than their previous releases.
